It is said that "tableware is a dress of food" in Japan. Excellent tableware has a personality of the artist and gives you pleasure of seeing and touching. We use dishes from Zuigyoku (a gallery that handles lacquerware and pottery), works by famous artists, and dishes from famous production area in Japan to make cuisine beautiful and impressive.
